Billy C. Holcomb, founder of White Shoes Productions, was born in
Victoria,TX and is a 1999 Radio-Television-Film graduate of the
University of Texas in Austin. Billy has over 10 years experience in
camera work, editing and production. This experience has helped
him learn to capture life's defining moments in the most natural and
unobtrusive way.
